Application:
JZC series concrete mixer is also called friction mixer. It is a
concrete mixer model driven by rubber roller friction. This mixer
is a drum type concrete mixer with positive rotation mixing and
reverse discharge type.
It has low noise and stable operation. It has the advantages of
convenient operation and movement, high mixing quality, and can mix
plastic and semi-dry concrete.
It is a type of equipment between forced mixers and civil mixers.
The JZC series concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, sand
and gravel aggregates and water and mixes them into concrete
mixtures.
It is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding and unloading
mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission
mechanism, frame and supporting device.
According to its working nature, it can be divided into two types:
batch type (batch type) and continuous type.
Features:
The JZC series concrete mixer includes a power mechanism connected
with a transmission mechanism through a shaft and a drum driven by
the transmission mechanism.
The drum barrel is equipped with a gear ring arranged around the
drum barrel, and a gear meshing with the gear ring is arranged on
the transmission shaft.
The utility model has a simple and reasonable structure. After
gears and ring gears are used for meshing, it can effectively
overcome the slippage between the supporting wheel and the mixer
drum in rainy and foggy weather; the adopted transmission mechanism
can further ensure that the gap between the supporting wheel and
the mixer drum is eliminated.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight
(high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance
(especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
2. Q:How to place an order?
A:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.
3. Q:How about the package?
A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from
damage during the long-distance delivery. 4. Q:What is the lead time?
A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It
