Application:
The double-cylinder double-liquid grouting pump (hereinafter
referred to as the double-liquid pump) is mainly used for tunnel
excavation and maintenance, road, bridge, mine construction and
high-rise building foundation treatment projects and various
grouting construction projects.
Grouting operation:
Grouting is the central link of the entire chemical grouting, which
must be carried out after all preparations are completed. Before
grouting, the division of labor should be organized in an organized
manner, and the positions should be fixed. In particular, full-time
and skilled personnel are required to operate.
(1) Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the entire system
before grouting, and grouting can only be done when the grouting
machine is running normally and the pipeline is unobstructed.
(2) The vertical joints are generally grouted from bottom to top,
and the horizontal joints are grouted from one end to the other end
or from both ends to the middle; for concentrated water leakage,
the holes with the largest leakage should be grouted first.
Grouting end
When the pressure is relatively stable, continue grouting for 1-2
minutes to end the grouting, and dismantle the pipeline to prepare
for cleaning.
Seal the hole
When there is no water leakage after inspection, remove the
grouting head and fill the hole with cement mortar and other
materials.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight
(high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance
(especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)

A:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.
3. Q:How about the package?
A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from
damage during the long-distance delivery. 4. Q:What is the lead time?
A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It
