Application:
JZC 350 concrete mixer is also called friction mixer. It is a
concrete mixer model driven by rubber roller friction. This mixer
is a drum type concrete mixer with positive rotation mixing and
reverse discharge type.
It has low noise and stable operation. It has the advantages of
convenient operation and movement, high mixing quality, and can mix
plastic and semi-dry concrete.

The difference of forced mixer and drum mixer:
The forced mixer type mixing drum does not move, and the uniform
blades on the rotating shaft in the drum are forced to mix. The
forced mixer has higher mixing quality, more uniform concrete
output, and high production efficiency, but its disadvantage is
that the power loss is large. And the blades wear faster.
The drum mixer, also known as the self-falling mixer, is to put the
mixture in a rotating mixing drum. With the rotation of the mixing
drum, the blades in the drum lift the mixture to a certain height,
and then it can be freely sprinkled down by its own weight. , keep
repeating until the stirring is uniform.
